A well-defined operational plan, including an evaluation and an obligation to report incidents, agreed prior to the start of joint operations or pilot projects amongst the Agency and the host Member State, in consultation with the participating Member States, will largely contribute to the objectives of this Regulation with a more harmonised modus operandi regarding the coordination of joint operations and pilot projects.

1. Dans l'accomplissement de ses missions d'organisation et de coordination des opérations de retour conjointes des États membres visées à l'article 9, l'Agence peut traiter des données à caractère personnel de personnes qui font l'objet de telles opérations de retour conjointes.
1. In performing its tasks of organising and coordinating the joint return operations of Member States referred to in Article 9, the Agency may process personal data of persons who are subject to such joint return operations.

5. Chaque État membre a le droit, exceptionnellement et sous réserve que la sécurité ne soit pas mise en péril, de délivrer des autorisations individuelles pour effectuer, sur son territoire, des opérations de transport de marchandises dangereuses qui sont interdites par la présente directive, ou pour effectuer ces opérations dans des conditions différentes de celles établies par la présente directive, pour autant que ces opérations de transport soient clairement définies et limitées dans le temps.
5. Every Member State may, exceptionally and provided that safety is not compromised, issue individual authorisations to carry out transport operations of dangerous goods within its territory which are prohibited by this Directive or to carry out such operations under conditions different from those laid down in this Directive, provided that those transport operations are clearly defined and limited in time.
