La directive 85/611/CEE a institué un comité de contact OPCVM chargé d'assister la Commission en facilitant une mise en œuvre harmonisée de cette directive par une concertation régulière, en promouvant la concertation entre les États membres et en conseillant la Commission, si nécessaire, au sujet des amendements à apporter à cette directive.
