A decision to revoke shall enter into force the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union

Le conseil d’administration adopte, conformément à la procédure prévue à l’article 110 du statut, une décision fondée sur l’article 2, paragraphe 1, du statut et sur l’article 6 du régime applicable aux autres agents, déléguant au directeur exécutif les pouvoirs correspondants de l’autorité investie du pouvoir de nomination et définissant les conditions dans lesquelles cette délégation de pouvoirs peut être suspendue.
The Administrative Board shall adopt, in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 110 of the Staff Regulations, a decision based on Article 2(1) of the Staff Regulations and on Article 6 of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants delegating the relevant powers of the appointing authority to the Executive Director and defining the conditions under which this delegation of powers can be suspended.

3. When necessary, because of urgency, the Executive Board may take certain provisional decisions on behalf of the Management Board, in particular on administrative management matters, including the suspension of the delegation of the appointing authority powers.

3. La délégation de pouvoir visée à l’article 10, paragraphes 1, 2 et 3, peut être révoquée à tout moment par le Parlement européen ou le Conseil.
3. The delegation of power referred to in Article 10(1), (2) and (3) may be revoked at any time by the European Parliament or by the Council.

3. The delegation of power referred to in the second paragraph of Article 17 may be revoked at any time by the European Parliament or by the Council.A decision to revoke shall put an end to the delegation of the power specified in that decision.
