32. Calls on the Commission to propose that specific advisory bodies for the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea should be set up within the Regional Advisory Council (RAC) already established for the Mediterranean area, drawing on the positive experience gained with the ‘maritime districts’ that have been set up in Italian waters (such as the Northern Adriatic fisheries district, established in 2012 for the shared and concerted management of the northern Adriatic fisheries sector from a political, economic, social and environmental point of view);

(3) Aucun crédit n’est mis à la disposition d’un membre pour l’achat d’un commerce, sauf si la demande à cette fin est préalablement soumise au Comité consultatif établi pour le district dans lequel le membre demeure, ou pour le district dans lequel il se propose d’utiliser le crédit, dans le but d’en obtenir conseil quant à la sûreté du placement dans le cas du membre en question.
(3) No credit shall be made available to a member for the purchase of a business unless the application therefor is first referred to the Advisory Committee established for the district in which the member resides or the district in which he proposes to use the credit, for the purpose of securing its advice as to the soundness of the investment in the case of such member.
