3. se félicite que le niveau des crédits reportés à 2014 soit pleinement justifié et conforme à la mise en œuvre du programme de travail annuel de l'Agence; comme convenu avec la Cour, l'Agence a prévu au début de 2013 les reports pour l'année suivante puis observé de près leur évolution; ainsi, le niveau des reports pour 2013 est resté conforme à la planification initiale de l'Agence; se félicite que, d'après les données de la Cour des comptes, l'Agence ait fait preuve d'une excellente gestion budgétaire;

Welcomes the fact that the volume of appropriations carried over to 2014 was justified and in keeping with the agency’s annual work programme: as agreed with the Court of Auditors, the agency drew up forecasts for end-of-year carry-overs in early 2013, closely monitoring the situation during the year, and the volume of carry-overs to the following year was in line with the agency’s initial projections; welcomes, furthermore, the fact that, according to the information supplied by the Court of Auditors, the agency managed its budget extremely well in 2013;
