Après plus de 32 ans au service de la Commission européenne, l'actuel secrétaire général, M. Alexander Italianer, a décidé de quitter ses fonctions.
After over 32 years at the service of the European Commission, the current Secretary-General Alexander Italianer, has decided to retire from the European Commission.

En vertu d'une décision ultérieure de la Commission[6], le premier secrétaire général du CER, sélectionné en toute indépendance par le conseil scientifique, a été nommé au poste de premier conseiller auprès de la Commission.
A subsequent Commission Decision [6] established the first ERC Secretary General, selected independently by the Scientific Council, in the position of Special Advisor to the Commission.

Requests the Commission and calls on the Secretary-General of the European Parliament to inform Parliament about the implementation of the recommendations in this resolution.

10. charge son Président de transmettre la présente résolution au Président du Conseil européen, au Président de la Commission européenne, à la haute représentante de l'Union/vice-présidente de la Commission européenne et au secrétaire général de l'OTAN, ainsi qu'au secrétaire général des Nations unies.
10. Instructs its President to forward this resolution to the President of the European Council, the President of the European Commission, the High Representative / Vice President of the European Commission, the NATO Secretary General and the UN Secretary-General.

La Commission, sur proposition du secrétaire général et en accord avec le directeur général responsable du personnel et de l’administration, constate que le DPD ne remplit plus les conditions requises pour l’exercice de ses tâches.
The Commission, upon a proposal from the Secretary-General in agreement with the Director-General for Personnel and Administration, shall establish that the DPO no longer fulfils the conditions required for the performance of his tasks.

30. charge son Président de transmettre la présente résolution au Conseil et à la Commission, ainsi qu'au Secrétaire général des Nations unies, aux gouvernements et aux parlements des États membres de l'UE, d'Israël, du Liban, de l'Autorité palestinienne, de la Syrie et de l'Iran, des États-Unis et de la Russie et au Secrétaire général de la Ligue arabe.
30. Instructs its President to forward this resolution to the Council, the Commission, the UN Secretary-General, the governments and parliaments of the EU Member States, the governments and parliaments of Israel, Lebanon and the Palestinian Authority, Syria and Iran, the USA and Russia, and the Secretary-General of the Arab League.
