32. prend acte des priorités de développement du nouveau gouvernement du Groenland; invite la Commission à étudier comment les programmes de l'Union pourraient concourir au développement durable du Groenland, compte tenu notamment de la croissance spectaculaire des activités d'acteurs extra-européens au Groenland; invite instamment la Commission et les États membres à porter un regard stratégique sur l'avenir du Groenland et la mise en valeur de ses ressources, tout en veillant à ce que la participation européenne contribue de façon appropriée au développement durable du Groenland;
32. Takes note of the development priorities of the new government of Greenland; calls on the Commission to explore how EU programmes could contribute to the sustainable development of Greenland, in particular in the light of the dramatically increasing activities of non-European actors in Greenland; urges both the Commission and the Member States to take a strategic view of the future of Greenland and the development of its resources, while ensuring that the European participation contributes properly to the country’s sustainable development;

1. Au plus tard le 31 décembre 2017, le gouvernement du Groenland, le gouvernement du Danemark et la Commission entreprennent une révision à mi-parcours du DPDD et de son incidence sur le Groenland dans son ensemble.
1. By 31 December 2017, the Government of Greenland, the Government of Denmark and the Commission shall undertake a mid-term review of the PDSD and its impact on Greenland as a whole.

4. Un projet de DPDD fait l’objet d’un échange de vues entre le gouvernement du Groenland, le gouvernement du Danemark et la Commission.
4. A draft version of the PDSD shall be the subject of an exchange of views between the Government of Greenland, the Government of Denmark and the Commission.

3. Le Groenland est invité par la Commission à communiquer toutes les données et informations nécessaires, conformément aux engagements internationaux pris en matière d’efficacité de l’aide, pour permettre le suivi et l’évaluation des mesures financées au titre de la présente décision.
3. The Commission shall require Greenland to provide all the data and information necessary, in line with the principles of aid effectiveness, to permit the monitoring and evaluation of the measures financed under this Decision.

À cet effet, la mise en œuvre de la présente décision est gérée par le gouvernement du Groenland et la Commission, conformément aux rôles et aux responsabilités de chacun.
To this end, the implementation of this Decision shall be managed by the Government of Greenland and the Commission in accordance with the roles and responsibilities of each.

– having regard, in particular, to the conclusions of the visits made by its Ad hoc Delegation for Western Sahara in September 2006 and January 2009, calling for MINURSO’s mandate to be broadened, subject to the agreement of all the parties concerned, to include monitoring the observance of human rights in Western Sahara, and having regard to the invitation extended to the Commission to monitor the human rights situation in Western Sahara through its delegation in Rabat, and to send missions there on a regular basis,
