TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Le programme de Redressement Economique et Social Inclusif du Lac Tchad vise à contribuer au redressement économique et au renforcement de la résilience et de la cohésion sociale des territoires du bassin du Lac Tchad les plus impactés par la crise du Lac Tchad et le changement climatique.
The Lake Chad Inclusive Economic and Social Recovery Programme (RESILAC) is aimed at assisting economic recovery and boosting resilience and social cohesion in the areas of the Lake Chad Basin hardest hit by the current crisis in the region and climate change.

Un programme de Redressement Economique et Social Inclusif du lac Tchad (RESILAC) mis en œuvre dans les territoires du bassin du lac Tchad les plus impactés par la crise actuelle dans cette région et le changement climatique, vise à appuyer l'économie locale par la création d'emplois pour des jeunes ruraux et la diversification des systèmes de production familiale, renforcer la cohésion sociale par un soutien psychosocial aux communautés affectées par les violences de Boko Haram et fournir un appui institutionnel aux collectivités locales et aux organisations de la société civile.
The Lake Chad Inclusive Economic and Social Recovery Programme (RESILAC) under way in the areas of the Lake Chad Basin hardest hit by the current crisis in the region and climate change is aimed at boosting the local economy by creating jobs for young people in rural areas and diversifying family-based production systems, strengthening social cohesion through psychosocial support for communities affected by Boko Haram's violence and providing institutional support for local authorities and civil society organisations.

15. se félicite des progrès accomplis dans l’ensemble en ce qui concerne le retour des réfugiés et constate avec satisfaction que l'hostilité de l'opinion à l'égard du retour des Serbes a diminué dans la majeure partie du pays; constate toutefois que des problèmes subsistent pour les réfugiés et les rapatriés, et invite dès lors les pouvoirs publics croates à faciliter la réintégration des rapatriés en continuant d'éliminer les obstacles s'opposant à l'obtention du droit de séjour permanent, en finançant suffisamment et en accélérant le programme de reconstruction de logements, ainsi qu’en lançant des actions de redressement économique et social; invite les autorités croates à régler définitivement la question des demandes en souffrance et à donner la priorité à l'examen des recours, ainsi qu'à poursuivre les efforts visant à revitaliser le tissu économique des zones défavorisées éprouvées par la guerre, à améliorer la durabilité des retours et à continuer à favoriser la réconciliation interethnique dans un climat de tolérance ethnique et la prise en compte de la diversité ethnique et culturelle;

Welcomes the overall progress in the field of refugee return and is pleased to note that public hostility towards returning Serbs has diminished in most of the country; notes, however, that problems still remain for refugees and returnees and therefore calls on the Croatian authorities to facilitate the reintegration of returnees by further removing obstacles to obtaining permanent residence status, by adequately financing and accelerating the programme of house reconstruction and by launching social and economic recovery projects; calls on the Croatian authorities to resolutely address the remaining applications, prioritise the review of appeals and pursue efforts to revitalise the economies of disadvantaged areas affected by the war, to further improve the sustainability of returns and to continue fostering inter-ethnic reconciliation in a climate of ethnic tolerance and embrace of ethnic and cultural diversity;

In the period 2000-2006, Objective 2, which related to support for the economic and social conversion of areas lagging behind in their development, was aimed at 15.2% of Europeans (around 69.8 million inhabitants lived in Objective 2 areas).
