Avant de conclure, j'aimerais qu'on réfléchisse à la création d'un comité permanent du Sénat — pas un comité ad hoc ou temporaire, mais un comité permanent — qui verrait à examiner l'état des connaissances canadiennes en ce qui concerne le Sénat, l'évolution de l'opinion publique, l'évolution des options offertes.
