14. regrette que la proposition de la Commission ne comporte pas de statistiques du taux de chômage dans la région; relève toutefois qu'en 2011, près de 40 % de la population active spécialisée dans le secteur de l'informatique et des télécommunications dans la région de Cluj-Napoca travaillait pour Nokia; relève que l'incidence des licenciements chez Nokia sur l'emploi dans la région est considérable;
14. Regrets that the Commission's proposal does not present any statistics concerning unemployment rates in the region; notes, however, that in 2011, almost 40 % of the total working population of the Cluj-Napoca region specialising in the IT and communications sectors worked in Nokia; notes that the impact of Nokia dismissals on employment in the region is considerable;

10. relève que le Fonds est déjà intervenu en faveur de 1 337 travailleurs licenciés à la suite de la délocalisation de Nokia d'Allemagne en Roumanie en 2008; observe que, trois ans plus tard, le Fonds doit à nouveau intervenir car l'usine de production ouverte à Cluj à la suite de la fermeture de l'usine allemande a été fermée en 2011 après la délocalisation en Asie; se demande si, au moment du transfert de l'usine de l'Allemagne en Roumanie, Nokia a bénéficié d'incitations financières régionales, nationales ou de l'Union (notamment de la part du Fonds de cohésion);
10. Notes that the EGF has already acted in favour of 1 337 workers dismissed as a result of the re-location of Nokia from Germany to Romania in 2008; notes that three years later, the EGF must act again as the production plant opened in Cluj, following the closure in Germany, was closed down in 2011 as a result of re-location to Asia; enquires whether as to whether Nokia benefited from any financial incentives at a regional, national or Union level (in particular from the cohesion funds) at the time of its relocation from Germany to Romania;

6. regrette que les licenciements intervenus à Cluj en Roumanie et à Salo en Finlande (demande EGF/2012/006/FI/Nokia, présentée par la Finlande) soient la conséquence de la décision de Nokia de transférer ses usines de production en Asie et fassent partie du plan de suppression de 17 000 emplois dans l'entreprise Nokia dans le monde d'ici la fin de 2013;
6. Regrets that the redundancies in Cluj in Romania and in Salo in Finland (application EGF/2012/006/ FI/Nokia from Finland) stem from a corporate decision of Nokia to move its production plants to Asia and are part of its plan to reduce global employment in Nokia Corporation by 17 000 workers by the end of 2013;
