b) établit, pour le certificat de technicien en pyrotechnie (pyrotechnicien des effets spéciaux), qu’il a deux ans d’expérience comme pyrotechnicien principal et fournit une lettre de son superviseur attestant qu’il est capable d’utiliser en toute sécurité des explosifs classés comme explosifs de type F.3, de la poudre propulsive et des pièce pyrotechniques à usage particulier;
(b) for a fireworks operator certificate (special effects pyrotechnician), establish that they have acted as a senior pyrotechnician for two years and submit a letter from a supervisor which attests that the applicant is able to safely use explosives classified as type F.3, propellent powder and special purpose pyrotechnics; and
