Le projet sera mis en oeuvre par les organisations non gouvernementales opérant sur place : Médecins Sans Frontières (B), Oxfam (R.-U.), des institutions internationales, le Comité International de la Croix Rouge et la Fédération Internationale de la Croix Rouge et du Croissant Rouge et des institutions allemandes spécialisées dans des opérations d'aide humanitaire (GTZ et BTH *).
The project will be executed in the field by non-governmental organizations: Médecins sans Frontières (B), Oxfam (UK), international institutions, the International Committee of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and Germany's specialized humanitarian aid agencies (GTZ and BTH1).
