Pour permettre à la Commission de décider s’il est nécessaire ou non de procéder par échantillonnage et, dans l’affirmative, de constituer un échantillon, tous les importateurs indépendants ou leurs représentants, y compris ceux qui n’ont pas coopéré à l’enquête ayant abouti aux mesures soumises au présent réexamen, sont invités à se faire connaître de la Commission et ce, dans les 15 jours suivant la date de publication du présent avis au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne, sauf indication contraire, en fournissant à la Commission les informations concernant leurs sociétés requises à l’annexe II du présent avis.
In order to enable the Commission to decide whether sampling is necessary and, if so, to select a sample, all unrelated importers, or representatives acting on their behalf, including the ones who did not cooperate in the investigation leading to the measures subject to the present review, are hereby requested to make themselves known to the Commission. These parties must do so within 15 days of the date of publication of this Notice in the Official Journal of the European Union, unless otherwise specified, by providing the Commission with the information on their companies requested in Annex II to this Notice.

En ce qui concerne le produit faisant l’objet du réexamen défini dans l’avis d’ouverture et originaire du pays concerné, veuillez indiquer, pour la période d’enquête de réexamen définie au point 5.1 de l’avis d’ouverture, les ventes à l’exportation vers l’Union pour chacun des 28 États membres (2) séparément et au total, les ventes à l’exportation vers le reste du monde (total et cinq principaux pays importateurs), les ventes sur le marché intérieur ainsi que la production et la capacité de production.
As regards the product under review as defined in the Notice of Initiation and originating in the country concerned, for the review investigation period defined in section 5.1 of the Notice, please indicate export sales to the Union for each of the 28 Member States (2) separately and in total, export sales to the rest of the world (total and the 5 biggest importing countries), domestic sales, production and production capacity.
