Interpretation of the results of the study should take into account all available information on the chemical, including physico-chemical, TK and toxicodynamic properties, available relevant information on structural analogues, and results of previously-conducted toxicity studies with the test chemical (e.g. acute toxicity, toxicity after repeated application, mechanistic studies and studies assessing if there are substantial qualitative and quantitative species differences in in vivo/in vitro metabolic properties).
