Le règlement SAPARD relatif aux mesures de préadhésion en faveur de l'agriculture et du développement rural (règlement (CE) n° 1268/1999 [63]) met en place le cadre du soutien communautaire à l'agriculture et au développement rural durable.
The SAPARD Regulation on pre-accession measures for agriculture and rural development ((EC) No 1268/1999 [63]) establishes the framework for Community support for sustainable agriculture and sustainable rural development.

En application de l’article 136 du règlement (CE) no 73/2009 du Conseil du 19 janvier 2009 établissant des règles communes pour les régimes de soutien direct en faveur des agriculteurs dans le cadre de la politique agricole commune et établissant certains régimes de soutien en faveur des agriculteurs, modifiant les règlements (CE) no 1290/2005, (CE) no 247/2006 et (CE) no 378/2007, et abrogeant le règlement (CE) no 1782/2003 (2), l’Allemagne et la Suède ont décidé d’affecter, à partir de l’exercice financier 2011, un montant calculé conformément à l’article 69, paragraphe 7, dudit règlement et indiqué à l’annexe III du règlement (CE) no 639/2009 de la Commission (3) au soutien communautaire dans le cadre de la programmation et du financement du développement rural au titre du Fonds européen agricole pour le développement rural (Feader).
Germany and Sweden have decided, in accordance with Article 136 of Council Regulation (EC) No 73/2009 of 19 January 2009 establishing common rules for direct support schemes for farmers under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers, amending Regulations (EC) No 1290/2005, (EC) No 247/2006, (EC) No 378/2007 and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003 (2) to make an amount calculated in accordance with Article 69(7) of the same Regulation and fixed in Annex III of Commission Regulation (EC) No 639/2009 (3) available from 2011 for rural development programming and financed under the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).
