Afin de garantir la bonne gestion financière des fonds de l’Union et de permettre aux organismes de PPP d’arrêter leurs propres règles financières, il y a lieu d’adopter un règlement financier type pour ces organismes.
In order to ensure sound financial management of Union funds and to enable PPP bodies to adopt their own financial rules, it is necessary to adopt a model financial regulation for those bodies.

Conformément à l’article 290 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne la Commission adopte un règlement financier-cadre pour les organismes créés en vertu de ce traité et du traité instituant la Communauté européenne de l’énergie atomique qui ont la personnalité juridique et reçoivent des contributions à la charge du budget de l’Union.

In accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union , the Commission shall adopt a framework Financial Regulation for bodies set up under this Treaty and the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community which have legal personality and receive contributions charged to the Union budget.
