Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 2000-90 du 1 février 2000, la gouverneure en conseil a déclaré que, conformément à l’article XI de l’Accord supplémentaire à l’Accord sur la sécurité sociale entre le Canada et la République des Philippines, signé le 13 novembre 1999, l’Accord supplémentaire à l’Accord entrera en vigueur le premier jour du quatrième mois suivant celui où chaque partie aura reçu de l’autre partie une notification écrite indiquant qu’elle s’est conformée à toutes les exigences législatives relatives à l’entrée en vigueur de l’Accord supplémentaire;
Whereas, by Order in Council P.C. 2000-90 of February 1, 2000, the Governor in Council declared that, in accordance with Article XI of the Supplementary Agreement to the Agreement on Social Security between Canada and the Republic of the Philippines, signed on November 13, 1999, the Supplementary Agreement to the Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the fourth month following the month in which each Party shall have received from the other Party written notification that it has complied with all statutory requirements for the entry into force of the Supplementary Agreement;
