Il a dès lors estimé, suivant une recommandation de la Commission, que les conditions prévues à l'article 3, paragraphe 5, du règlement (CE) no 1467/97 étaient remplies et a émis, au titre de l'article 126, paragraphe 7, du traité, une nouvelle recommandation aux Pays-Bas en vue de mettre fin à la situation de déficit excessif au plus tard en 2014.
Therefore, the Council, following a recommendation from the Commission, considered that the conditions foreseen in Article 3(5) of Regulation (EC) No 1467/97 were fulfilled and issued a new recommendation to the Netherlands under Article 126(7) of the Treaty, with a view to bringing the excessive deficit situation to an end by 2014.
