Lors de sa réunion du 28 janvier 2010, la commission des affaires juridiques a en conséquence décidé à l’unanimité (19 voix) de vous adresser les recommandations suivantes: la proposition de règlement du Conseil de l’Union européenne concernant la communication à la Commission des projets d’investissement relatifs à des infrastructures énergétiques dans la Communauté européenne, et abrogeant le règlement (CE) nº 736/96, devrait être adoptée sur la base de l'article 194 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne.
At its meeting of 28 January 2010 the Committee on Legal Affairs accordingly decided, unanimously, by 19 votes in favour with no abstentions, to recommend as follows: the proposal for a Council Regulation concerning the notification to the Commission of investment projects in energy infrastructure within the European Community and repealing Regulation (EC) No 736/96 should be adopted on the basis of Article 194 of the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union.
