Au cours de sa réunion du 28 janvier 2010, la commission des affaires juridiques a par conséquent décidé à l'unanimité, par 21 voix et aucune abstention, de recommander ce qui suit: la proposition de directive du Parlement européen et du Conseil modifiant la directive 92/85/CEE du Conseil concernant la mise en œuvre de mesures visant à promouvoir l’amélioration de la sécurité et de la santé des travailleuses enceintes, accouchées ou allaitantes au travail doit se fonder sur la double base juridique de l'article 153 et de l'article 157, paragraphe 3, du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne.
At its meeting of 28 January 2010 the Committee on Legal Affairs accordingly decided, unanimously, by 21 votes in favour with no abstentions, to recommend to you as follows: the Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Directive 92/85/EEC on the introduction of measures to encourage improvements in the safety and health at work of pregnant workers and workers who have recently given birth or are breastfeeding should be based on the dual legal basis of Article 153 and 157(3) of the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union.
