se félicite de la communication de la Commission intitulée "Politique industrielle: renforcer la compétitivité" (COM(2011)0642), ainsi que du document de travail de la Commission sur "l'incidence de la compétitivité" (SEC(2012)0091);
Welcomes the Communication from the Commission entitled ‘Industrial policy: Reinforcing competitiveness’ (COM(2011)0642), as well as the Commission’s working document on ‘competitiveness proofing’ (SEC(2012)0091);

– vu les articles 257 et 281 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne, conformément auquel le projet d'acte lui a été soumis (C7-0091/2011),
