AGGRASTAT doit être administré simultanément avec l'héparine non fractionnée (généralement en bolus intraveineux de 5000 unités (U) au début du traitement par AGGRASTAT, puis à raison de 1000 U par heure environ, en ajustant en fonction du TTPA (temps de thromboplastine activé) qui doit être environ le double de la valeur témoin), et en association avec un traitement oral antithrombotique comprenant mais non limité à l’aspirine (AAS) (voir rubrique 5.1), en l'absence de contre-indication.
