Les investigations cliniques n'indiquent pas que DICLOFENAC APOTEX® influence l'effet des anticoagulants mais des rapports isolés font mention d'un risque accru d'hémorragie lors d'emploi concomitant de DICLOFENAC APOTEX® et d'anticoagulants. Dans ce cas, une surveillance attentive est recommandée.
Hoewel uit klinisch onderzoek blijkt dat DICLOFENAC APOTEX® geen invloed uitoefent op de uitwerking van de anticoagulantia, wordt er toch hier en daar gewag gemaakt van het feit dat er in geval van gecombineerd gebruik een verhoogd risico op hemorragie zou bestaan.
