Definition: A disorder in which the child, having previously made normal progress in language development, loses both receptive and expressive language skills but retains general intelligence; the onset of the disorder is accompanied by paroxysmal abnormalities on the EEG, and in the majority of cases also by epileptic seizures. In order to ensure correct marking of wood packaging material and to take into account the development of international standards, and in particular of ISPM15, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of amending and supplementing the requirements concerning wood packaging material, including its introduction into the Union territory, and of specifying the requirements for authorisation of registered operators to apply the mark of wood packaging material in the Union territory.
