In both these respects, the rapporteur is opposed to 'catch-all' solutions, which fail to take account of the specificities of the various markets and sectors in which businesses operate, and could thus result in unnecessary red tape and counter-productive operational strictures.
In beide gevallen verzet de rapporteur zich tegen "globale" oplossingen die geen rekening houden met het specifieke karakter van de diverse sectoren waarin de bedrijven actief zijn, met het risico dat administratieve lasten voor bedrijven ontstaan en dat een contraproductieve verstarring van de bedrijvigheid optreedt.
