However, that error, which, moreover, concerns an argument which was set out for the sake of completeness and was made in the course of the examination of the documents submitted by the applicant, cannot constitute an infringement of Article 76 of Regulation No 207/2009, but is a substantive error the possible consequences of which will be examined in paragraphs 84 to 88 below.
