IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Member States should establish national coordination offices (NCOs) to ensure the transfer of available data to the EURES portal and to provide general support and assistance to all EURES Members and Partners on their territory, including on how to deal with complaints and problems with job vacancies, where appropriate in cooperation with other relevant public authorities such as labour inspectorates. Member States should support cooperation with their counterparts in the other Member States, including at cross-border level, and with the European Coordination Office. The NCOs should also have the task of verifying compliance issues as regards standards for the intrinsic and technical quality of data and data protection. To facilitate communication with the European Coordination Office and help the NCOs to promote compliance with those standards by all EURES Members and Partners on their territory, the NCOs should ensure a coordinated transfer of the data to the EURES portal through a single coordinated channel, where appropriate using existing national IT platforms. In order to deliver quality service in a timely manner, Member States should ensure that their NCOs have a sufficient number of trained staff and other resources necessary to carry out their tasks as laid down in this Regulation.
De lidstaten dienen nationale coördinatiebureaus (op te zetten die zorgen voor de overdracht van beschikbare gegevens naar het EURES-portaal en algemene ondersteuning bieden, en die algemene bijstand verlenen aan alle leden en partners van EURES die op hun grondgebied actief zijn, onder meer wat betreft de vraag hoe klachten en problemen in verband met vacatures moeten worden behandeld, waar passend in samenwerking met andere betrokken overheidsdiensten zoals arbeidsinspecties. De lidstaten dienen ook de samenwerking met hun tegenhangers in de andere lidstaten — ook grensoverschrijdend — en met het Europees coördinatiebureau te ondersteunen. De nationale coördinatiebureaus dienen ook als taak te hebben na te gaan of de normen inzake de intrinsieke en technische kwaliteit van gegevens en gegevensbescherming worden nageleefd. De nationale coördinatiebureaus dragen zorg voor een gecoördineerde overdracht van de gegevens aan het EURES-portaal via één gecoördineerd kanaal — in voorkomend geval gebruikmakend van bestaande nationale IT-platforms — teneinde de communicatie met het Europees coördinatiebureau te vergemakkelijken en de nationale coördinatiebureaus te helpen de naleving van voornoemde normen door alle EURES-leden en partners te bevorderen. Urges the Member States to increase the number, quality and power of labour inspectorates and to amplify and extend the training and qualifications of labour inspectors; invites the Commission to encourage the activities of the Senior Labour Inspectors Committee (SLIC); considers, however, that preventing industrial risks should not be based on the role of the labour inspectors but also on cooperation between the social partners, particularly between employers and workers in their workplace;
