It adds the Croatian phrases to be used in the movement certificate, in the duplicate, and in the invoice declaration referred to, respectively, in Articles 16(4), 17(2) and Annex IV of the Protocol 1 of the TDCA (Article 3 of the Additional Protocol, applicable from 1 July 2013). It sets up transitional provisional for goods in route or in temporary storage in Croatia or South Africa, or between both countries (Article 4 of the Additional Protocol, applicable from 1 July 2013).
In artikel 3 van het aanvullende protocol (dat vanaf 1 juli 2013 toepasbaar is) worden de Kroatische zinnen bijgevoegd die moeten worden gebruikt in het certificaat inzake goederenvervoer, het duplicaat en de factuurverklaring, waarnaar respectievelijk in artikel 16, lid 4, artikel 17, lid 2, en bijlage IV van Protocol 1 bij de Overeenkomst inzake handel, ontwikkeling en samenwerking wordt verwezen (artikel 3 van het aanvullende protocol, vanaf 1 juli 2013 toepasbaar).

Welcomes the signing of the remaining provisions of the AA, including the DCFTA, and is convinced that it will be a driving force for political and economic reform, bringing about modernisation, strengthening the rule of law and stimulating economic growth; expresses its support for Ukraine in proceeding with the provisional application of the Agreement; declares that the European Parliament will complete its procedure for the ratification of the Agreement as soon as possible; calls on the Member States and Ukraine to ratify it swiftly with a view to its full implementation as soon as possible; stresses that the AA/ DCFTA is in no way connected to NATO integration;

In this respect it is worth noting that during the validity of the provisional measures there were very likely false customs' declarations and probably fraud concerning imports of children shoes in order to circumvent the provisional anti-dumping duty.

If the customs register a provisional or incomplete goods declaration, the tariff treatment to be accorded to the goods shall not be different from that which would have been accorded had a complete and correct goods declaration been lodged in the first instance.
