Moreover, the proposed extensions offer the advantage of creating a ‘one-stop shop’ (as described in Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No 913/2010) for managing infrastructure capacity along the freight corridors between North Sea ports and, respectively, the Czech Republic and southern Poland.
Een voordeel van de voorgestelde uitbreiding is bovendien dat een enig loket kan worden ingesteld (als bedoeld in artikel 13 van Verordening (EU) nr. 913/2010) voor het beheer van de infrastructuurcapaciteit op de goederencorridors tussen de Noordzeehavens en respectievelijk Tsjechië en Zuid-Polen.

3. For any request of infrastructure capacity which cannot be met pursuant to paragraph 2a, the one-stop shop shall forward the application for infrastructure capacity without any delay to the competent infrastructure managers and, where relevant, the allocation bodies as referred to in Article 14(2) of Directive 2001/14/EC, who shall take a decision on that application in accordance with Article 13 and Chapter III of that Directive and communicate this decision to the one-stop shop for further processing.
3. Indien een aanvraag van infrastructuurcapaciteit niet overeenkomstig lid 2 bis kan worden ingewilligd, stuurt het ene loket de aanvraag van infrastructuurcapaciteit onverwijld door naar de bevoegde infrastructuurbeheerders en, in voorkomend geval, de toewijzende instanties als bedoeld in artikel 14, lid 2, van Richtlijn 2001/14/EG, die over de aanvraag besluiten overeenkomstig artikel 13 en hoofdstuk III van die richtlijn, en dit besluit voor verdere afhandeling aan het ene loket meedelen.
