(9a) Nineteen legal secretaries should be appointed so that every Judge can have an additional legal secretary (taking into account the nine secretaries appointed in 2014), this being an arrangement already existing within the Court of Justice.

A preferable solution would therefore be to appoint more staff at the Registry and in the translation services, as well as, above all, appointing 19 more legal secretaries, so that each judge would have one more legal secretary, taking account of the nine already appointed in 2014.
