5. Stresses the importance of evaluating community cooperation in Afghanistan, as required by the DCI, for evaluations to start from solid baselines, to cover donor coordination and to include aspects of input activities and chain of results (output, outcome, impact); calls for the findings of the evaluations to be used in the formulation of subsequent cooperation actions;
5. benadrukt dat het evalueren van de communautaire samenwerking in Afghanistan overeenkomstig het DCI van essentieel belang is, dat in de evaluaties duidelijke basislijnen als uitgangspunt moeten dienen, dat ook donorcoördinatie moet worden behandeld en dat ook de aspecten van initiële activiteiten en de resultaatketen (prestatie, resultaat, impact) aan bodmoeten komen; verzoekt om de bevindingen van de evaluaties te gebruiken bij de formulering van navolgende samenwerkingsprojecten;
