6. After adoption of one of the acts referred to in paragraph 5(d) or final adoption of the act concerned, the General Secretariat shall make available to the public any documents relating to this act which were drawn up before one of such acts and which are not covered by any of the exceptions laid down in Article 4(1), (2) and (3), second subparagraph, of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, such as information notes, reports, progress reports and reports on the state of discussions in the Council or in one of its preparatory bodies (outcomes of proceedings), excluding Legal Service opinions and contributions.
6. Na de aanneming van een in lid 5, onder d), bedoelde handeling of na de definitieve aanneming van de betrokken handeling, stelt het secretariaat-generaal alle documenten in verband met deze handeling die vóór een van deze handelingen zijn opgesteld, zoals informatieve nota's, verslagen, voortgangsverslagen en verslagen over de stand van de besprekingen in de Raad of in een van zijn voorbereidende instanties („resultaat besprekingen”), met uitzondering van adviezen en bijdragen van de Juridische dienst en documenten die vallen onder de uitzonderingen van artikel 4, leden 1 tot en met 3, van Verordening (EG) nr. 1049/2001, ter beschikking van het publiek.

3. The DPO shall be informed by the lead service or by the Legal Service, as appropriate, about opinions and position papers of the Legal Service directly relating to internal application of the provisions of the Regulation, as well as about opinions concerning the interpretation or implementation of other legal acts related to the protection of personal data and the processing thereof more particularly related to Inter-Service Consultation, and related to access to information.
3. De functionaris voor gegevensbescherming wordt door de leidende dienst of de juridische dienst, al naargelang, in kennis gesteld van adviezen en standpunten van de juridische dienst die direct betrekking hebben op de interne toepassing van de verordening, en van adviezen betreffende de interpretatie of tenuitvoerlegging van andere wetsbesluiten inzake de bescherming en verwerking van persoonsgegevens, meer in het bijzonder met betrekking tot het overleg tussen diensten en de toegang tot informatie.

Moreover, after adoption of one of the decisions during the Codecision procedure or final adoption of the act concerned the General Secretariat will make available to the public any legislative documents relating to this act which were drawn up before this decision and which are not covered by any of the exceptions laid down in Article 4, paragraph 1 of Decision 93/731/EC, such as information notes, reports, progress reports and reports on the state of discussions in the Council or in one of its preparatory bodies ("outcomes of proceedings"), excluding Legal Service opinions and contributions.
