2a. For each of the priority areas, the Commission shall involve the appropriate operators or professional organisations, or both, in actions to train trainers in order to ensure a wider dissemination of information and to contribute more effectively to the protection of human, animal and plant health in the Union.
2 bis. Voor elk prioritair actiegebied betrekt de Commissie de passende exploitanten of beroepsorganisaties, of beide, bij de acties die tot doel hebben instructeurs op te leiden om te zorgen voor een ruimere informatieverspreiding en zo doeltreffender bij te dragen tot de bescherming van de gezondheid van mens, dier en plant in de Unie.
