Removing the restrictions on services that can be provided by accountants could lead to improving consumer choice, lower prices and help create new jobs for qualified candidates in the sector.
Het opheffen van de beperkingen op de diensten die een accountant kan aanbieden, kan leiden tot meer keus voor de consument, lagere tarieven en kan bijdragen tot het scheppen van nieuwe banen voor gekwalificeerde kandidaten in de sector.

50. Urges the Commission to undertake, in cooperation with the Member States, the appropriate technical, socio-economic and cost-benefit studies to determine the size and characteristics of the sub-bands that could be coordinated or harmonised at Community level; recalls that such studies should take into account that the dividend is not static, but that technological development is ongoing and implementation of new technologies should allow the usage of the UHF band for new types of innovative social, cultural and economic services beyond broadcasting and wireless broadband; calls on the Commission to ensure that Member States contribute to such studies in order to identify common bands to be harmonised at European level for clearly defined and interoperable pan-European services, as well as for the allocation of these bands;
50. dringt er bij de Commissie op aan om, samen met de lidstaten, passende technische, sociaal-economische en kosten-batenonderzoeken te doen om de grootte en de kenmerken van de subbanden vast te stellen die op communautair niveau zouden kunnen worden gecoördineerd of geharmoniseerd; dringt erop aan dat bij zulke onderzoeken rekening moet worden gehouden met het feit dat het dividend niet statisch is, maar dat de technologische ontwikkeling steeds doorgaat en dat tenuitvoerlegging van nieuwe technologieën het gebruik van de UHF-band voor nieuwe soorten innovatieve sociale, culturele en economische diensten voor zowel omroep- als draadloze breedbanddiensten mogelijk moet maken; verzoekt de Commissie ervoor te zorgen dat de lidstaten een bijdrage leveren aan deze studies, teneinde gemeenschappelijke banden aan te wijzen die op Europees niveau voor duidelijk omschreven en interoperabele pan-Europese diensten moeten worden geharmoniseerd, alsmede voor de toewijzing van deze banden;

48. In order to achieve a more efficient use of spectrum and to facilitate the emergence of innovative and successful national, cross-border and pan-European services, supports a coordinated approach at Community level, based on different clusters of the UHF spectrum for uni-directional and bi-directional services, taking into account the potential for harmful interference arising from the co-existence of different types of networks in the same band, the outcomes of the ITU Geneva RRC 06 and WRC 07 and the existing authorisations;
48. steunt, teneinde een efficiënter gebruik van het spectrum en de opkomst van innovatieve en succesvolle nationale, grensoverschrijdende en pan-Europese diensten mogelijk te maken, de gecoördineerde aanpak op communautair niveau, gebaseerd op drie verschillende clusters van het UHF-spectrum voor eenrichtings- en tweerichtingsdiensten, rekening houdend met mogelijke schadelijke interferentie als gevolg van de aanwezigheid van verschillende soorten netwerken op dezelfde band, de uitkomsten van de ITU-Overeenkomst van Genève (RRC-06) en de WRC-07 en de bestaande vergunningen ;

47.
