Article 3(4)(b) of Annex III to the Agreement requires the Committee of Ambassadors to lay down, after the signature of the Agreement, the Financial Regulation of the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (hereinafter referred to as the Centre).
Krachtens artikel 3, lid 4, onder b), van bijlage III bij de Overeenkomst van Cotonou moet het Comité van ambassadeurs, na ondertekening van de Overeenkomst van Cotonou, het financieel reglement van het Technisch Centrum voor landbouwsamenwerking en plattelandsontwikkeling (hierna „het Centrum” genoemd) vaststellen.
