Dissemination of the data shall be undertaken either in the ‘pull mode’, i.e. by downloading from the data centres web sites; or in the ‘push mode’, whereby regular data files will be provided to the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO) Global Telecommunication System (GTS), to the International Argo Data Centres, to the European Marine Observation and Data Network (EMODnet), to the Copernicus Marine Service and to specific users upon request.

Special attention will be paid to research aimed at improving the space component of monitoring systems targeting critical infrastructures, such as telecommunication networks, terrestrial and marine transport, energy infrastructures as well as deployments on European networks, mainly beyond Europe's borders.
Bijzondere aandacht zal daarbij uitgaan naar onderzoek dat zich richt op het verbeteren van de ruimtecomponent van monitoringsystemen voor kritische infrastructuren, zoals telecommunicatienetwerken, land- en zeevervoer, energie-infrastructuren en toepassingen op Europese netwerken, voornamelijk buiten de grenzen van Europa.

They would agree on a priority programme which would incorporate environmental benefits in the following areas: - improvement of efficiency of port and airport infrastructure; - simplification of administrative procedures in ports and airports, including computerization; - harmonization of air-traffic control and management systems; - improvement of multi-modal, combined sea and air transport across the Mediterranean; - improvement of safety at sea and air safety and more efficient monitoring of marine pollution; - development of east-west land links on the southern and eastern shores of the Mediterranean; - connection of the Mediterranean partners' networks to the trans-European networks, including the identification of multi-modal corridors of common interest in order to ensure interoperability; (b) Information technology and telecommunications The partners would underline the importance of a modern, efficient telecommunications network, particularly as regards basic services for economic and social development.
Zij zullen een prioritair programma overeenkomen waarin op de volgende gebieden positieve milieu-effecten zijn opgenomen : - verbetering van de efficiency van de (lucht)haveninfrastructuur ; - vereenvoudiging van de administratieve procedures in (lucht)havens, met inbegrip van automatisering ; - harmonisatie van verkeersleidings- en beheerssystemen ; - verbetering van multimodaal en gecombineerd zee- en luchtvervoer aan weerszijden van de Middellandse Zee ; - verbetering van de veiligheid van zeevaart en luchtverkeer en efficiënter toezicht op verontreiniging van de zee ; - ontwikkeling van oost-westverbindingen over land op de zuidelijke en de oostelijke oever van de Middellandse Zee ; - aansluiting van de netwerken van de Mediterrane partners op de transeuropese netwerken, inclusief de vaststelling van multimodale vervoerscorridors van gemeenschappelijk belang teneinde hun interoperabiliteit te garanderen ; b) Informatietechnologieën en telecommunicatie De partners benadrukken het belang van een modern, efficiënt telecommunicatienetwerk, met name voor wat betreft de basisdiensten voor de economische en sociale ontwikkeling.
