In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Regulation implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission with respect to: listing the plants, plant products and other objects which are prohibited from being introduced into the Union territory, and the third countries concerned; listing the plants, plant products and other objects subject to special requirements, and the special requirements concerned for their introduction into, and movement within, the Union territory; the provisional listing of the high-risk plants, plant products and other objects whose introduction into the Union territory is to be prohibited, and the third countries concerned; the procedure for risk assessment in connection with that listing; setting out, for third countries, requirements that are equivalent to the requirements for movement within the Union territory of plants, plant products or other objects; setting out arrangements for the presentation and use of posters and brochures concerning the introduction of plants, plant products and other objects into the Union territory; setting out specific conditions or measures concerning the introduction of particular plants, plant products and other objects into frontier zones of Member States; adoption of temporary measures concerning plants, plants products and other objects likely to pose newly identified pest risks or other suspected phytosanitary risks; adopting decisions on temporary measures taken by Member States concerning imminent danger; listing of plants, plant products and other objects which are prohibited from being introduced into certain protected zones; listing the plants, plant products and other objects subject to special requirements, and the special requirements concerned for their introduction into, and movement within, certain protected zones; and laying down rules concerning the requirements for quarantine stations and confinement facilities, and the release of plants, plant ...

(32) In order to ensure quality, traceability and compliance with this Regulation and adaptation to technical developments, the power to adopt certain acts should be delegated to the Commission in respect of establishing rules amending or supplementing the specific seaweed production rules as regards the suitability of the aquatic medium and the sustainable management plan, the harvesting of wild seaweed, seaweed cultivation, and antifouling measures and cleaning of production equipment and facilities, and in respect of the establishment of rules supplementing the specific production rules for aquaculture animals as regards the suitability of the aquatic medium and the sustainable management plan, the origin of aquaculture animals, aquaculture husbandry, including aquatic containment systems, production systems and maximum stocking density, breeding, management of aquaculture animals, feed and feeding, and disease prevention and veterinary treatment.
(32) Om kwaliteit, traceerbaarheid, naleving van deze verordening en aanpassing aan technische ontwikkelingen te garanderen, moet de Commissie ertoe worden gemachtigd handelingen vast te stellen met betrekking tot voorschriften tot wijziging of aanvulling van de specifieke voorschriften voor de zeewierproductie, onder meer aangaande de geschiktheid van het aquatische medium en het duurzaambeheerplan, de oogst van wild zeewier, zeewierteelt, groeiwerende behandelingen en reiniging van productieapparatuur en productievoorzieningen, met betrekking tot voorschriften tot aanvulling van de specifieke voorschriften voor de productie van aquacultuurdieren, onder meer aangaande de geschiktheid van het aquatische medium en het duurzaambeheerplan, de oorsprong van aquacultuurdieren, aquacultuurhouderij, waaronder aquatische inperkingssystemen, productiesystemen en maximale bezettingsdichtheid, reproductie, beheer van aquacultuurdieren, voeder en vervoedering, ziektepreventie en diergeneeskundige behandeling.

Representative examples of possible eligible investments include: construction or renovation of buildings; investments in food processing establishments to meet Community requirements; new (and subject to specific rules possibly also second-hand) machinery and equipment (including computer software); milk tanks and coolers; storage facilities (including cold stores) and container washing facilities; waste and by-product treatment equipment as well as equipment for quality improvement and improved control of the production process.

In order to make Union financial markets more transparent and efficient and to level the playing field between various venues offering multilateral trading services it is necessary to introduce a new trading venue category of organised trading facility (OTF) for bonds, structured finance products, emissions allowances and derivatives and to ensure that it is appropriately regulated and applies non-discriminatory rules regarding access to the facility.
Om de financiële markten in de Unie transparanter en efficiënter te maken en gelijke concurrentievoorwaarden tot stand te brengen tussen de verschillende platformen die multilaterale transactiediensten aanbieden, is het nodig een nieuwe categorie handelsplatformen te introduceren, namelijk de georganiseerde handelsfaciliteit (Organised Trading Facility — OTF) voor obligaties, gestructureerde financiële producten, emissierechten en derivaten, en ervoor te zorgen dat deze naar behoren gereglementeerd is en niet-discriminerende regels voor de toegang tot de faciliteit toepast.

Specifically, the Directive aims to update and supplement the criteria to be met by manufacturers, their staff and their facilities so as to guarantee safe handling and use of the substances (raw materials, pre-mixtures and additives, except for veterinary medicinal products, which are already covered by existing rules) and products concerned.
In concreto strekt de richtlijn tot actualisering en aanvulling van de criteria waaraan fabrikanten, hun personeel en hun bedrijfsruimten moeten voldoen, om de veiligheid bij het omgaan met en het gebruik van de betrokken stoffen (grondstoffen, voormengsels en toevoegingsmiddelen, met uitsluiting van diergeneesmiddelen, die al onder de bestaande regelgeving vallen) en de betreffende produkten te waarborgen.

This means that the investment in buildings and equipment is not exclusively for R and D purposes because: - the development phase is of limited duration (one year approximately), - the buildings and equipment will be used as a production facility afterwards, - the expansion of the production facility will be based on the already acquired buildings and equipment and will consequently turn these investments into investments for production.

OBJECTIVES: - continued reduction in slaughter capacity; upgrading of facilities to meet hygiene standards and rationalization and modernization of meat processing facilities; - to improve quality and create added value by introducing new milk products; - to stabilize existing producers' organizations by laying emphasis on improving wine quality and improving the environmental aspects of wine-growing; - to concentrate markets close to production (for fruit and vegetables); - to improve the profitability of rendering establishments.
5. DOELSTELLINGEN : - de slachtcapaciteit verder verminderen, de bestaande installaties aan de hygiënische normen aanpassen, en de vleesverwerkingsinstallaties rationaliseren en moderniseren; - de kwaliteit verbeteren en de toegevoegde waarde verhogen door nieuwe zuivelprodukten te ontwikkelen; - de bestaande producentenorganisaties stabiliseren, daarbij de nadruk leggend op verbetering van de kwaliteit van de wijn en op verbetering van het milieu-aspect van de wijnproduktie; - de afzet van groenten en fruit concentreren; - de rentabiliteit van de destructiebedrijven verhogen.
