ISVAP measure No 2877 of 9 February 2011 provides for the appointment, within the meaning of Article 230 of Legislative Decree No 209 of 7 September 2005, of Dr Luciano Becchio as receiver for the provisional management of Novit Assicurazioni SpA, a company having its head office at Via Pisa 29, Turin, Italia, and Sequoia Partecipazioni SpA, a company having its head office at Piazza Maria Teresa 3, Turin, Italia, for a maximum period of two months from the date of adoption of the present measure.
Bij Besluit nr. 2877 van ISVAP van 9 februari 2011, vastgesteld op grond van artikel 230 van Wetsdecreet nr. 209 van 7 september 2005, is de heer Luciano Becchio benoemd tot bewindvoerder belast met het voorlopige beheer van de vennootschappen Novit Assicurazioni SpA, met zetel te Turijn — Via Pisa 29, Italia, en Sequoia Partecipazioni SpA, met zetel te Turijn — Piazza Maria Teresa 3, Italia, voor een termijn van ten hoogste twee (2) maanden, te rekenen vanaf de datum van vaststelling van genoemd besluit.
