As concerns the issue as to whether or not the capital goods are used for the production of the product concerned, according to Chapter 5.2 of FTP 09-14, the EPCGS allows imports of capital goods for pre production, production and post production (including complete knock-down (CKD)/semi knock-down (SKD) thereof as well as computer software systems).
Wat de vraag betreft of de kapitaalgoederen al dan niet voor de productie van het betrokken product worden gebruikt, voorziet de EPCGS overeenkomstig hoofdstuk 5.2 van FTP 09-14 in de mogelijkheid dat kapitaalgoederen worden ingevoerd voor preproductie, productie en postproductie (met inbegrip van complete knock-down („CKD”)/semi-knock-down („SKD”) daarvan en van computersoftwaresystemen).
