Definition: The common themes that are shared by dissociative or conversion disorders are a partial or complete loss of the normal integration between memories of the past, awareness of identity and immediate sensations, and control of bodily movements. Lastly, the new negotiating mandate must include specific references to the structured involvement of civil society in the new political dialogue and should also propose the holding of periodic conferences with representatives of organised civil society both in the EU and in Chile and the granting to such representatives of observer status at interministerial meetings. It should also facilitate the active involvement of those representatives in appropriate sectoral forums, committees and subcommittees and at all the discussion, negotiation and monitoring stages of the process.
6.
