Where air traffic services units provide both flight information service and air traffic control service, the provision of air traffic control service shall have precedence over the provision of flight information service whenever the provision of air traffic control service so requires.

2. This Regulation shall apply to air-ground voice communications systems based on 8,33 kHz channel spacing within the aeronautical mobile radio communication service band 117,975-137 MHz, their constituents and associated procedures and to flight data processing systems serving air traffic control units providing services to general air traffic, their constituents and associated procedures.
2. Deze verordening is van toepassing op systemen voor mondelinge lucht-grondcommunicatie met 8,33 kHz-kanaalafstand binnen de voor mobiele radiocommunicatie in de luchtvaart gereserveerde frequentieband van 117,975-137 MHz, hun onderdelen en desbetreffende procedures, alsook op systemen voor de uitwisseling van vluchtgegevens die worden gebruikt door luchtverkeersleidingseenheden welke diensten voor het algemene luchtverkeer verlenen en de onderdelen en desbetreffende procedures daarvan.
