Member States which are party to the international conventions setting up the international organizations Intelsat, Inmarsat, Eutelsat and Intersputnik for the purposes of satellite operatons shall communicate to the Commission, at its request, the information they psses on any measure that could prejudice compliance with the competition rules of the EC Treaty or affect the aims of this Directive or of the Council Directives on telecommunications.
De Lid-Staten die partij zijn bij de verdragen tot oprichting van de internationale organisaties Intelsat, Inmarsat, Eutelsat en Intersputnik met het oog op satellietexploitatie, doen aan de Commissie, op haar verzoek, mededeling van de informatie waarover zij beschikken omtrent maatregelen die aan de naleving van de mededingingsbepalingen van het EG-Verdrag afbreuk kunnen doen of die voor de doelstellingen van deze richtlijn of voor die van de richtlijnen van de Raad op het gebied van de telecommunicatie ongunstige gevolgen kunnen hebben.
