TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

We will continue our work across the 10 priorities through 21 new initiatives: (1) to boost jobs, growth and investment we will propose a Youth Initiative, an Action Plan on the implementation of the Circular Economy and a new Multi-annual financial framework; (2) we will carry out a mid-term review of the Digital Single Market; (3) we will implement the Energy Union Strategy with work on low-emission vehicles and mobility; (4) we will build a deeper and fairer internal market by implementing the Single Market Strategy, Space Strategy for Europe and Capital Markets Union Action Plan and making proposals for Fairer taxation of companies; (5) we will present ideas for the reform of the EU at 27 and the strengthening of the Economic and Monetary Union and we will propose a European Pillar of Social Rights; (6) we will implement the Trade for All Strategy and pursue trade negotiations with our partners while strengthening our trade defence instruments; (7) we will continue to pursue a Security Union to fight terrorism and will align the rules on the protection of personal data and privacy; (8) we will deliver on the European Agenda on Migration; (9) to strengthen Europe's role as a global actor, we will present a European Defence Action Plan including a European Defence Fund, and the Commission and the High Representative will adopt an EU Strategy for Syria and implement the EU Global Strategy and Africa-EU Partnership; (10) we will adapt existing laws to the Treaty provisions on delegated and implementing acts and will assess the democratic legitimacy of existing procedures for adopting certain secondary EU acts.

Calls on the Member States, in the event of potential amendments to the Treaties, to establish a common industrial policy with aspirations and instruments comparable to those of the Common Agricultural Policy, which would involve genuine transnational consultation with a view to developing a common strategy endowed with ample funding and market regulation tools similar to those at the disposal of other major trading areas in the world such as, for example, a monetary instrument or state aid rules that are adapted to the needs of our industry while at the same time complying with international law;

To enhance the provision of liquidity to counterparties for Eurosystem monetary policy operations, the Governing Council has decided to temporarily widen the criteria determining the eligibility of assets to be used as collateral in Eurosystem monetary policy operations accepting marketable debt instruments denominated in pounds sterling, yen or US dollars as eligible assets for monetary policy operations.

To facilitate the provision of liquidity to counterparties for Eurosystem monetary policy operations, on 6 September 2012, the Governing Council decided to temporarily widen the criteria determining the eligibility of assets to be used as collateral in Eurosystem monetary policy operations by accepting marketable debt instruments denominated in pounds sterling, yen or US dollars as eligible assets for monetary policy operations.
Ter vergemakkelijking van liquiditeitsvoorziening aan tegenpartijen voor monetairebeleidstransacties van het Eurosysteem, heeft de Raad van bestuur op 6 september 2012 besloten de beleenbaarheidscriteria voor in monetairebeleidstransacties van het Eurosysteem te gebruiken activa tijdelijk te verruimen door in pond sterling, yen of US-dollar luidende verhandelbare schuldbewijzen te aanvaarden als beleenbare activa voor monetairebeleidstransacties.

In the absence of effective money markets and interest-sensitive monetary instruments, the main monetary instrument has been to stabilise the kuna against the anchor currency (Deutsche mark and subsequently the euro).
