The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission that the set of undertakings submitted by the parties regarding the selling of Siemens entire Life Support Systems (LSS) Division are sufficient to remedy the competition concerns in the national markets for ventilation equipment for critical care and the national markets for anaesthesia equipment as described in question 3 and 4.
6. Het Adviescomité is het eens met de Commissie dat de door de partijen aangegane verbintenissen inzake de verkoop van de volledige afdeling "Life Support Systems" (LSS) van Siemens, voldoende zijn om de concurrentieproblemen uit de weg te ruimen op de nationale markten van ventilatie-uitrusting voor dringende zorgen en de nationale markten van anesthesie-uitrusting, zoals beschreven in punten 3 en 4.
