Where the obligation to conduct a post-authorisation safety study is imposed on more than one marketing authorisation holder, the same concerns apply to more than one medicinal product and the marketing authorisation holders concerned conduct a joint post-authorisation safety study, the amount payable by each marketing authorisation holder shall be levied as laid down in point 2 of Part II of the Annex.
3.
