Whereas the notion of the employment underlying GDPmp is pertinent to GDPmp compilations from the output and the income side; whereas all the Member States apply at least one of these two approaches to GDPmp;
Overwegende dat het begrip "werkgelegenheid die aan het BBPmp ten grondslag ligt" relevant is voor opstellingen van het BBPmp vanuit het gezichtspunt van de produktie en de inkomsten; dat de Lid-Staten ten minste een van deze twee wijzen van benadering van het BBPmp hanteren;

Whereas the notion of the population of production units is relevant for the calculation of GNPmp, irrespective of which of the three approaches to gross domestic product at market prices, hereinafter called 'GDPmp`, is applied;
Overwegende dat het begrip "populatie van produktie-eenheden" van belang is voor de berekening van het BNPmp, ongeacht welk van de drie benaderingswijzen van het bruto binnenlands produkt tegen marktprijzen, hierna het "BBPmp" te noemen, wordt toegepast;

1. The purpose of this Decision is to improve the exhaustiveness of GDPmp as a major component of the GNPmp of the Member States as regards economic activity within the production boundary of the European system of integrated economic accounts ('ESA`).
1. Met deze beschikking wordt verbetering beoogd van de volledigheid van het BBPmp als belangrijke component van het BNPmp van de Lid-Staten wat de economische activiteiten binnen de produktiegrenzen van het Europese Stelsel van economische rekeningen (ESER) betreft.

Whereas demographic sources (population censuses, the Community labour force survey) constitute an efficient means of validating the employment underlying GDPmp;
Overwegende dat demografische bronnen (volkstellingen, communautaire arbeidskrachtenenquête) een doeltreffend middel zijn voor het valideren van de aan het BBPmp ten grondslag liggende werkgelegenheid;

GNPmp shall be calculated by adding to gross domestic product at market prices (GDPmp, ESA code: N 1) the compensation of employees (R 10) and the property and entrepreneurial income (R 40) received from the rest of the world less the corresponding flows paid to the rest of the world.
Het BNPmp wordt berekend door bij het bruto binnenlands produkt tegen marktprijzen (BBPmp, ESER-code: N 1) de uit het buitenland ontvangen beloning van werknemers (R 10) en inkomens uit vermogen en ondernemersactiviteit (R 40) op te tellen en gelijksoortige betalingen aan het buitenland erop in mindering te brengen.
