For institutions referred to in article 2 of this regulation and identified as globally systemic important institutions (G-SIIs) or as other systemically important institutions (O-SIIs) pursuant to Article 131 of DIRECTIVE 2013/36/EU, the Board shall prioritise the assessment of their resolvability in accordance with Article 13 [BRRD] and draw up a plan for each of these institutions to remove impediments to resolvability in accordance with Article 14 [BRRD].
Voor instellingen als bedoeld in artikel 2 van deze regeling die overeenkomstig artikel 131 van Richtlijn 2013/36/EU worden aangeduid als mondiaal systeemrelevante instellingen (MSI's) of andere systeemrelevante instellingen (ASI's) gaat de afwikkelingsraad eerst over tot het opmaken van een beoordeling van hun afwikkelbaarheid overeenkomstig artikel 13 [BRRD] en stelt hij conform artikel 14 [BRRD] voor elk van deze instellingen een plan op om belemmeringen voor de afwikkelbaarheid ervan weg te nemen.

Without prejudice to Article 133 and paragraph 5 of this Article, where an O-SII is a subsidiary of either a G-SII or an O-SII which is an EU parent institution and subject to an O-SII buffer on a consolidated basis, the buffer that applies at individual or sub-consolidated level for the O-SII shall not exceed the higher of:

The competent authority or the designated authority shall review annually the identification of G-SIIs and O-SIIs and the G-SII allocation into the respective sub-categories and report the result to the systemically important institution concerned, to the Commission, the ESRB and EBA and disclose the updated list of identified systemically important institutions to the public and shall disclose to the public the sub-category into which each identified G-SII is allocated.
De bevoegde autoriteit of de aangewezen autoriteit toetst jaarlijks de systeemrelevantie van de MSI's en de ASI's alsook het onderbrengen van de MSI's in de respectieve subcategorieën, en brengen het resultaat ter kennis van de betrokken systeemrelevante instelling, de Commissie, het ESRB en de EBA; voorts maken zij de bijgewerkte lijst van systeemrelevante instellingen, onder vermelding van de subcategorie waarin iedere MSI is ondergebracht, aan het publiek bekend.

5. The competent authority or designated authority may require each O-SII, on a consolidated or sub-consolidated or individual basis, as applicable, to maintain an O-SII buffer of up to 2 % of the total risk exposure amount calculated in accordance with Article 92(3) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013, taking into account the criteria for the identification of the O-SII.

De bevoegde autoriteit of de aangewezen autoriteit kan iedere ASI er op geconsolideerde, gesubconsolideerde of individuele basis, als toepasselijk, toe verplichten een ASI-buffer aan te houden gelijk aan ten hoogste 2 % van het totaal van de risicogewogen posten van de instelling berekend overeenkomstig artikel 92, lid 3, van Verordening (EU) nr. 575/2013, rekening houdend met de criteria op grond waarvan wordt bepaald of de instelling een ASI is.

12. The competent authority or the designated authority shall notify the names of the G-SIIs and O-SIIs and the respective sub-category to which each G-SII is allocated, to the Commission, the ESRB and EBA, and shall disclose their names to the public.
12. De bevoegde autoriteit of de aangewezen autoriteit brengt de namen van de MSI's en de ASI's en de respectieve subcategorieën waarin elke MSI is ondergebracht, ter kennis van de Commissie, het ESRB en de EBA en maakt de naam van de systeemrelevante instelling aan het publiek bekend.
