TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

The first plea is therefore based on the fact that the Republic of Poland has not to date forwarded to the Commission the names of the certification bodies for personnel and companies which carry out checks for leakage, installation, servicing or maintenance of stationary refrigeration equipment, air-conditioning equipment, heat-pump equipment, fire-protection systems and fire extinguishers, and which perform activities in connection with the recovery of those fluorinated greenhouse gases; nor has it forwarded to the Commission the titles of the certificates for personnel and companies which satisfy the requirements for certification set out in the Commission’s implementing regulations.
Volgens het eerste middel heeft de Republiek Polen tot op vandaag de Commissie niet de namen meegedeeld van de certificeringsinstanties voor personeelsleden en bedrijven die betrokken zijn bij lekkagecontrole, installatie, onderhoud of revisie van stationaire koel-, klimaatregelings- en warmtepompapparatuur, stationaire brandbeveiligingssystemen en brandblusapparaten, en bij de terugwinning van die gefluoreerde broeikasgassen, en evenmin de titels van de certificaten voor personeelsleden en bedrijven die voldoen aan de eisen voor certificering als bedoeld in de uitvoeringsverordeningen van de Commissie.

23. Calls on the Commission to bring forward proposals to ensure that Environmental Impact Assessment Directive provisions adequately cover the specificities of shale gas, shale oil, and coal bed methane exploration and extraction; insists that prior environmental impact assessment includes full life-cycle impacts on air quality, soil quality, water quality, geological stability, land use and noise pollution;
23. verzoekt de Commissie om met voorstellen te komen om ervoor te zorgen dat de bepalingen van de richtlijn milieueffectrapportage ook betrekking hebben op de specifieke aspecten van de exploratie en de winning van schaliegas, schalieolie en methaan uit kolenlagen; dringt erop aan dat de effecten gedurende de gehele levenscyclus op de lucht-, bodem- en waterkwaliteit, de geologische stabiliteit, het landgebruik en de geluidshinder in de voorafgaande milieueffectbeoordeling zijn opgenomen;

4. Welcomes the sealing operation to stop oil leaking from the wreck of the Prestige and the specific plans for making the wreck safe; calls on the competent authorities to continue their efforts to tackle the problem of the oil still present in the sea and the thousands of tons of waste in landfills and to put forward a detailed calendar for the extraction and treatment of the waste; urges that the expertise gained in the process be disseminated and used in tackling any future accidents;
4. verwelkomt de maatregelen die genomen zijn om de olielekkage uit het wrak van de Prestige te stoppen en de concrete plannen voor de beveiliging van het wrak; verzoekt de bevoegde autoriteiten om te blijven proberen de olie die zich nog in zee bevindt en de duizenden tonnen afval die aan land zijn gestort onschadelijk te maken en een gedetailleerd tijdschema voor te leggen voor de berging en behandeling van het afval; dringt erop aan de hierbij opgedane expertise te verspreiden en aan te wenden voor eventuele toekomstige ongevallen;
