1. Member States shall provide the Commission with the following information by using the computer system enabling electronic exchanges of documents and information made available by the Commission (DG Agriculture and rural development) for information other than statistical information:

Points out that according to the figures provided by the Court of Auditors as regards the amounts and percentage of funds at risk as to the European Agricultural Guarantee Funds and the European Agricultural Funds for Regional Development (source data included in the 2013 annual activity report of DG Agricultural and Rural Development), Romania, Bulgaria an Portugal have the highest error rates;

For MIPDs for candidate countries, DGs Regional Policy (DG REGIO), Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities (DG EMPL) and Agriculture and Rural Development (DG AGRI) provided their contribution for components III, IV and V respectively.

One of the proposals of the DG Agriculture and Rural Development Action Plan on Simplification of Common Agricultural Policy provided namely for the need of simplification of the framework of promotion of agricultural products and called for drawing up a single legal framework able to clarify rules for applying the programmes.

This body should comprise, at the least, representatives from Parliament's Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Consumer Protection and its Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development and representatives of Commission DG III (Industry), DG V (Health and Safety), DG VI (Agriculture) and DG XXIV (Consumer Protection).
