37. roept de EU en haar lidstaten op met klem het Internationaal consortium ter bestrijding van criminaliteit in verband met in het wild levende dieren en planten (ICCWC) te steunen, bestaande uit CITES, Interpol, UNODC (het VN-Bureau voor drugs- en misdaadbestrijding), de Wereldbank en de Werelddouaneorganisatie, onder andere door het verstrekken van financiële middelen en deskundige knowhow ter vergemakkelijking van de capaciteitsopbouw van regeringen, de uitwisseling van informatie en inlichtingen en de steun van handhaving en naleving door de leden van het ICCWC;
